We had a great time in Crystal Beach. Nice community. The rental was clean and well maintained. Definitely enjoyed having everything handled.

Everything was exactly as advertised. The neighborhood is quiet with good beach access.

We loved staying here at Mi Casa. I would like to recommend that there needs to be updated bakeware at this cabin. We don't eat out so the rusty items did not look appealing. Can be covered with foil, but better quality items would be ideal.

Mi Casa is beautiful, very well equipped and clean. We have stayed there every year for two weeks fir at least the last 5 years. Great view of the gulf from the porch and short walk. Close to stores and restaurants. Scale if 1 to 10... it's a 10! Thank you for another great stay.

Really like the place. TV in master bed didn't work. Very foul smell from dishwasher. We didn't use it and somehow it started getting water in it and leaking.

The home was clean, well furnished and in a great location.. Setting on the deck enjoying the wonderful view of the golf was great. It is just far enough from all the traffic and heavy partying to be enjoyable yet if you like all that your still a short golf cart ride away to be "in the mix" .we very much enjoyed your stay.

Mi Casa del Mar is suoer clean with fully equiped kitchen, roomy bedrooms with 2 very comfortable Queen beds, The two full bathrooms makes it the perfect combo for 2 couples. There are DVDs to watch but we did not even have the time. The location is good, not congested

I have stayed in a lot of VRBO homes and this one was by far the most well-stocked home I have been in. It was spotlessly clean, and everything I needed was provided with one caveat: I didn't read the fine print well and I didn't realize I needed to provide my own linens (they provided for a fee). The house was updated and provided all appliances and amenities. We were also just steps from the beach, closer than I have ever stayed. We enjoyed wonderful restaurants and a trip to Galveston while there. I would definitely rent again!

Mi Casa Del Mar was a nice house, well stocked kitchen with everything we needed, it was clean and well maintained. It was a short walk to the beach and the view was great for a third row house. Cobb Realty was the best to work with.

Best vacation rental ever. Great location, perfect size and amenities for us. Clean and comfortable. We definitely want to go back to this cabin again next year.

I highly recommend renting this beautiful home for your beach getaway! The home is just as described. In fact, I think it looks much bigger and more beautiful in person. After cancelling our international 10 year anniversary trip due to covid, we found exactly what we needed at Casa Del Mar. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, which we appreciated since we chose to eat all our meals there. Sitting on the porch and watching the waves crash while reading a book and drinking my morning coffee was absolute perfection! The property was very clean and everything worked easily. Cobb Real Estate was easy to work with, and I appreciated their socially distanced check in and check out. We will absolutely be renting from them again.

Loved it..we hated to leave..the cabin was very relaxing comfortable ,walking distance to the beach enjoyed every day ,can't wait to reserve again the staff was very nice and helpful I appreciate everything

Had a great time, mi casa del mar was very clean, in great condition, equipped with everything needed, close to the beach, could see the beach from the deck. Will recommend this place to friends.

We enjoyed our stay, the house is the perfect size for two adults, interior and exterior was very clean, fully stocked kitchen, close access to the beach. Furniture was very comfortable. Great view of the Gulf. Plan to come back in 2021.

It was a nice get away, close enough to the beach to walk down. I liked how clean and homey the place felt. It was nice having all the amenities of home right there.

We knew we were going to have some bad weather during our stay. Had intended to go to the Crab Festival. Didn't go but had great time anyway. We dined at Oceans Grill twice. Had intended to eat at Stingaree on Saturday night but it was packed. The parking lot was full of vehicles.

Very nice house with a wonderful screened porch; quiet location; partial ocean view; very clean; wish there had been wifi.

The home setup was perfect with two bedrooms and bathrooms for us and the teens we took. Kitchen was stocked well with the pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, etc. Two things that were not anticipated- buying our own toilet paper and not having a single extra blanket in the house. Very thin coverlets on the beds. We flew, so it's not like we could take home any quilts purchased. Also, I don't see why the linens aren't just added to the deal, that's is just silly to have to add it yourself and pay the extra money, and maybe some blankets can be added to the linens too so people don't have to go buy some to sleep comfortably at night...

Cabin looks much nicer in person! Everything like new and very clean. Very close to beach. Has all the amenities you would want and some! My only complaint is that the queen bed was very firm and gave me back problems and little sleep. The second bed is full size and too small for a couple. If they changed out the bed I would return.

Property was nicely located, direct access to beach was nice. Kitchen was well appointed. My only wish is there wouldn't be fragrance "air fresheners" in the rooms. While many may find them pleasant I don't, and my wife has allergy issues. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

This was my 3rd stay at Mi Casa Del Mar. We love this little house. It is peaceful and quite and accommodating. It is very well supplied with not just the very basics but many extras in the kitchen. Easy access to the beach and lots of good places to eat. This is just a "great" place to hang out and relax and have fun.

We had an absolute marvelous vacation stay at this beach house. It looked as if it had never been occupied. Besides being spotless everything you could want was at this house !!<br/>There was even a bag of ice in the freezer. My boyfriend and I spent a week on Crystal Beach at Mi Casa Del Mar. <br/><br/>The house itself is great - 2 bedrooms with full-size beds, eat-in dining area, satellite tv, full kitchen - great for cooking big meals. Because this part of the island isn't totally developed, you can still actually see the water from part of the front deck upstairs. Lovely. We want to copy the design for their outdoor shower - perfect! <br/><br/>You can walk to the water from the house - it takes about 1 minute, and it's not a very populated section as far as we can tell. We had a lot of privacy especially on the weekdays. The two houses closest to us were empty most of our week - don't know how our experience might change having neighbors that close. <br/><br/>And - two dolphins swam by us about 30 feet away the day after a huge storm. Seriously.

This is a great place and we loved it. This was our second stay and we will definitely be coming back as often as we can. It is has wonderful accommodations and we love the view and the "quite". It has everything we could possibly is everything the description describes. It is well maintained. The Stingaree is a fabulous place to eat seafood and Jose's has great breakfast. Everyone that works and lives there are SO nice and pleasant.

I tell you I'm 32 years old and I have never rented my own vacation home this was my first time doing so and I can guarantee you I will never stay at a Hotel again! Well as long as the leasing agent is as easy and kind to deal with as Cobb was. I actually called last minute (the day of) and had the keys to a beautifully updated beach home within 3 hours! It's no wonder you see how active Cobb Real Estate is in Crystal beach, very pleasant and relaxing experience! Thank you keep up the wonderful job you all do!!

We've been renting vacation homes up & down the Gulf Coast for over 15 years and Mi Casa Del Mar is truly the nicest, cleanest, best located home we have ever stayed in. Mi Casa Del Mar has all of the must haves from my own crazy checklist of must haves, plus a screened in side porch - sweet. I would highly recommend this property, as well as, the management team from COBB REAL ESTATE. They are efficient, professional, & hard working. Can't wait to go back to Mi Casa Del Mar.

The location is great. Nice views of the water. Very clean. I call it my home away from home if I'm not on a cruise. But I wish the cabin had wifi. I loved it. It is a quite area.the Big Store is nice. Buy your grocers after you get there. We ate at The Big Store and at Stingree restaurant. Went into Galveston and ate a Fish Tails and shopped at Murdocks on the sea wall and on the strand. It was very windy. We could not put up our beach umbrella. And we went to the 30th Crab Festival. It was nice. We saw Wayne Toups perform there.

This is our fourth trip to Crystal Beach and second time at Mi Casa Del Mar. We really enjoy walking to the beach from the cabin. The cabin is clean, well appointed, with quality furnishings. We are birders and the property is closer to High Island than most other rental properties.

We have rented a lot of houses, all right on the beach, but we loved this location. It was close to the beach and had great views. The shower and storage were great to have, as was the gate on the stairs, since we have little kids.<br/><br/>The only reason for not giving a 5 on satisfied is that I prefer to rent houses from Sunday to Saturday rather than the policy of Monday to Sunday (its hard to go home and go right back to work!)

This place was amazing. Although we brought alot of our own things, we were pleasantly surprised at all the items already in the beach house ready for use. It is a great size even for just two people and I think I loved the porch and the view the most. We sat outside every morning and had our coffee and in the evening we sat out and had wine and cheese and fruit. I can't wait to come back. It was quite and peaceful and serene. Let's face it, it was Heaven to me!! Don't get me wrong, the inside, furnishings, cable and tv were all great and we just loved the whole experience. The only thing that Bolivar needs, is a breakfast place and that has nothing to do with where we stayed but wanted to add it in case anyone in the community was interested and you could pass this on to them. Thank you so much! Love, Love, Love it!!!

Enjoyed the clean gulf view house in Caplen Beach. Easy walk down to beach and lots of grass space around area. Less traffic than Crystal Beach. House clean and well supplied.

The house was clean and well kept. The only issue is with the living area furniture. The couch is comfortable, but the chair and the bench under the window are not. A family or two couples would not be comfortable here. With more than two people there is no place to sit and relax. With just the two of us it was fine.

Perfect little cabin for 2 to 4. its a small space but perfectly appointed. Such a great location with beach access and a glorious view of the gulf. I'll be back.

MiCasa is a very well kept, clean home. It has all the necessary amenities and the the perfect ground level locking garage! This is our 3rd year we have stayed in this rental and 6th year renting through Cobb! They are wonderful!
