Sleeps 10, from $500/night - This spacious 4,000 square foot home in the exclusive Lane Ranch Development just south of Ketchum, will provide guests with delightful accommodations during their visit to Sun Valley. Two stories high, this home has 5 bedrooms, 4 ½ baths and will sleep up to 10 guests. The entryway opens to a shared living space that is warm and rustic with wood flooring and log decor. Expansive and filled with sunlight, it features vaulted ceilings, a rock fireplace, comfortable seating and mountain views. The dining area will seat up to 6 guests and there is bar seating for two in the modern, fully appointed kitchen. A laundry/mud room is just off the kitchen and leads to the two car garage. A half bath is near the front entry and a large, outdoor patio with furnishings is accessible from the French doors in the dining area.

Completing the ground level, is a lovely master suite with a king size bed, Santa Fe-style fireplace, French doors to a side patio and deluxe master bath with marble tile and separate shower. There is also a walk in closet for guest convenience.

Upstairs, the second and third guest rooms each have queen size beds, window seats and private bathrooms. The fourth bedroom has a set of bunk beds and leads into an apartment (above the garage) with a queen sofa sleeper, twin bed, private bath, two televisions and fully equipped kitchenette. This apartment can be closed off and accessed from a second staircase in the laundry/mud room, making it perfect for a private chef or nanny.

There are four TV/DVDs, stereo with CD, two fireplaces, and washer/dryer. Three blocks away is the Ranch Clubhouse with heated summer-use pool, year-round hot tub, and tennis courts. The bike path is also nearby. To help maintain the beauty of this property no smoking is allowed.
