It is approximately 6 miles from the casinos at the state line and the nearest ski resort would be Heavenly being only a 10-15 minute drive away.

This lakefront villa is nestled in a quiet, gated community with its own private beach and pier. It is 4,000 square feet of contemporary country elegance and it can sleep 16 people.

There is a games room with 2 arcade games and 2 pinball machines (and one more game still to come!), Murphy bed and 2 computers with Internet access. The living room has a floor to ceiling windows looking out at the blue waters of Lake Tahoe. The Master bedroom has a large sitting area with a round canopy crib for the little one. The Master bathroom has an Infinity Jacuzzi tub and a large glass and marble shower with a lit shower head on the ceiling.

The South Lake Tahoe area features world-class ski resorts, hiking trails, parks, beaches, restaurants, recreation, boating and numerous other tourist attractions, as well as the nearby casinos of Stateline.
