Sleeps 10, from $400/night - This inviting 2300 sq. ft. home is located in the exclusive Weyyakin development, just minutes away from Main Street in Ketchum and the River Run ski area. With vaulted ceilings, hardwood flooring, and a river rock fireplace, this property offers guests a delightful home away from home to enjoy while vacationing.

The main floor opens to a large, fully stocked, updated kitchen with concrete countertops, subzero fridge and stone fireplace. The dining area will seat eight and three tall chairs provide additional seating at the kitchen bar. Both the dining and living areas access an expansive, shady deck with patio furniture where guests may take in the views of the surrounding mountains.

Two of the guest bedrooms are located on the main floor as well. The first has a queen bed and private bath with double sinks. The second has a double queen log bunk bed. A large laundry room, half bath and two car garage complete this level.

Upstairs, guests will enjoy the spacious master suite complete with its own fireplace, king bed, alcove with a double bed and a luxurious private bathroom. Vaulted ceilings and massive windows surround the large sunken tub providing an oasis for relaxation.

This home has 3 TVs, 3 DVDs, Stereo, CD, high speed internet, washer/dryer and air conditioning. Use of the Weyyakin amenities are included and this particular property is within a short walking distance to the Clubhouse. Amenities include a summer use pool, tennis courts, hot tub and trout pond. A hiking trail is also located nearby.

To help maintain the beauty of this property, smoking is not allowed. A pet may be welcome with a nonrefundable pet deposit.
