Set among huge granite boulders on a wooded lot climbing down to the water's edge, this is a truly magnificent and unique location. This home combines a spectacular and private location with the convenience of being less than 5 minutes to the gaming, dining and entertainment of Crystal Bay. For winter fun, you'll enjoy easy access to world class skiing at all the major North Shore ski areas- Northstar and Diamond Peak are about 15 minutes away, Mt Rose 20-25 minutes, and Squaw, Alpine, and Homewood about 30 minutes.

During the gorgeous summer months, take advantage of all the amazing activities that about on Lake Tahoe. This home has access to the HOA pier however no buoy is available. You can also access the pristine waters for an invigorating dip via the 100-step pathway down to the Lake. Soak in the sun on the swim platform set among enormous boulders scattered along the shore line. Or simply relax on the deck and take in the panoramic views of the Lake, from Diamond Peak to the northeast, all the way down to Heavenly looking south. Truly amazing at sunset!

On the entry level, you'll find the kitchen and dining areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to prepare wonderful meals, and all the linens are included for a comfortable, relaxing stay. This home also comes with high speed wireless internet access (subject to connectivity). The living room has a 37" LCD TV and DVD, wood burning fireplace, and access to the huge deck overlooking Lake Tahoe; office area with writing desk; laundry room with washer/dryer; Master suite with Queen bed, gorgeous Lake views, woodstove, 32" LCD TV and attached bath with jetted spa tub over looking the Lake; loft above master has a full sized futon. Upstairs you'll find the 2nd bedroom- Queen bed; 3rd bedroom- Bunk (Full sized bed on bottom, Twin on top). Up another 1/2 flight of stairs to access the 4th bedroom with Queen bed. As seen in the photos, only the Master bedroom has window coverings, all other windows facing the Lake do not have window coverings, allowing beautiful, unobstructed views of Lake Tahoe.

Please note that chains are REQUIRED for winter reservations.  Access to the home is via a very steep drive - 4x4 is not sufficient.
