Very well suited for a small group as well, this Lake Tahoe ski house features a peaceful library for quiet reading, large livingroom with views towards the greenbelt; all warmed by a woodstove and complete with big screen television for your evening entertainment. The kitchen and dining room are located to the right of the library and living room and are fully equipped to make meal prep and entertaining a breeze. There are three bedrooms on the main floor to complete this level. As an added bonus, a fully equipped game room has just been completed to offer ping pong, air hockey, pool table and tv entertainment plus two full sets of bunk beds for the kids.

Behind the property is open space, ensuring privacy and enjoyment of nature's gifts. Winter guests can snow shoe or enjoy building snow men on this level lot.
