The single family home located just above the very desirable Cole Valley neighborhood has two independent living quarters which can be rented together or separately. There are decks with fantastic views on each floor topped by a panoramic roof-top deck.

There is a finely landscaped yard with a hot tub. Though exuding a sense of calm and serenity, the home is just a few blocks away from restaurants, shopping and public transit.  As you come up the stairs to the top floor you will find the living room directly in front of you.  The living room has a pull out couch and fireplace.  Adjacent to the living room is a family room with a comfortable seating area and television.  There is a well stocked gourmet kitchen with a large eating area looking out onto the neighboring vistas.  The dining area opens conveniently onto the deck.
