The house is located on a desirable, quiet street away from the main road with minimal car passage. A large, flat driveway allows easy access and parking in addition to the 2-car garage. Quick access to skiing is easy since a world class cross country ski center and the family-oriented Tahoe Donner downhill ski area are both just a mile or less away!

The home has new carpets and fresh paint throughout from top to bottom. The main level features a living room with vaulted pine ceiling and a separate family room also with pine ceiling. Both living and family rooms have their own plasma HD flat screen TVs with satellite for perfect indoor entertainment; this is a great set-up for the kids to enjoy their video games or favorite shows in one room while the adults peacefully watch a movie in another room. A foosball table, board games, video games and a movie library for both kids and adults are also provided for hours of fun and entertainment.

A spacious window seat in the living room lets you to soak up the morning sunlight while a fireplace in the family room warms you up in the evening. The back of the house opens up to a forest-like setting.

The bedrooms are privately situated upstairs. The master suite features designer, solid cherry wood furnishings, including a king-size bed.
