The great living room has ample seating around a large central fireplace, and there is a second seating area for TV viewing and or listening to the piano. At this home you can enjoy the wrap around deck with great views across Martis Valley and of Castle peak to the north. The open and bright kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and an espresso machine. The dining room has a round table which seats up to 12 people. The lower level with three bedrooms also has a seating area, card room, game room with a pool table, card table and Steam Sauna. The lower deck has a Jacuzzi/hot tub.

The master bedroom features a California king bed, entertainment center, den with gas fireplace, and a master bath with large tub with spa jets. Situated for maximum privacy, the deck is perfect for afternoon BBQ's on the gas grill and evening cocktails. There is plenty of parking in front, as well as a two car garage. The large mudroom entry has room for all your skis and boots.
