The property is in a private hollow surrounded by an established forest, nestled in flowering perennial and vegetable beds, and interspersed with fruit trees and berry patches. Casa Carolina is minutes away from award-winning wineries in the Russian River Appellation, wonderful bistros, main street shopping, hiking, biking trails and farm tours — just two miles from downtown Sebastopol. Surrounded by rolling hills and vineyards, guests are sure to see deer, red-tailed hawks, great horned owls and many songbirds on the property.
