The Dining room has seating for 10 with 3 more seats at the bar. The Living Room has ultra comfortable furnishings, a real wood fireplace, and a 42" flatscreen TV/DVD/CD stereo. In the communal area there is also a walk-in pantry, storage area, and half bath. The office bedroom is upstairs as well, containing a Queen sleeper sofa with high-quality inflatable mattress.

Downstairs are three more bedrooms and laundry room with ski storage area. The Master comes with a King bed and deck entry, as well as attached bathroom including dual sinks and shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, and the third bedroom has the 2 twin beds with trundles, sleeping 4, as well as a 19" TV/VCR and deck entry. These bedrooms share a bathroom that has a Jacuzzi tub. High speed wireless internet is included in this home.

It is just a quick walk into the town of King's Beach for shopping, dining, kayak rentals, and sandy stretches of beach, and only a short drive to casinos and nightlife, yet tucked away and private on the shores of the lake. Snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, and Northstar Ski Area are all nearby, making this location perfect for all the year 'round activities that Tahoe is known for!
