This 1,665 sf 3br 2ba 2-story home has a spacious galley kitchen, large dining area and a comfortable living room ideally suited for conversation and relaxation. The bedrooms are set up for families or groups of friends. Bedroom 1 has a raised King-size bed with a comfortable Lazy-Boy pull-out couch. Bedroom 2 has a luxurious Queen Bed and single beds. Bedroom 3 has a Queen Bed and pull-out couch. A full futon is also available. A great place for a family gathering!

Other amenities include premium bedroom linens, ample plush towels, easy to use gas fireplace, central heating, a Flat Screen TV, Cable, high speed Wi-Fi, full kitchen (with a large fridge, oven, dishwasher, and microwave), plentiful top notch cooking utensils, washer & dryer, and gas grill. Outside there's a fully fenced backyard perfect for kids and pets. The new wood deck has a cover for shade. The backyard is peaceful and private.

Enjoy hiking trails, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and biking across the street! The Upper Truckee River, Truckee Marsh, and Trout Creek border three sides of the area, giving Highland Woods a very peaceful setting. Walk less than a mile from Blue Dream through a beautiful meadow to gorgeous sandy beaches. The meadow has lots of trails for morning walks, with amazing views of surrounding mountains and colorful wildflowers - a great place for snowshoeing and nordic skiing in the winter! The bike path outside the front door leads to the most popular destinations in Tahoe. While others are sitting in traffic on Hwy 50, you can be walking or biking easily on the flat South Lake trail system!

Blue Dream is professionally cleaned using environmentally safe products for your health.

• Heavenly Ski Resort and some of the best skiing in Tahoe only 3 miles away. The shuttle to Heavenly is a short walk through the neighborhood.
• Nevada casinos 3 miles away. The casinos run regular shuttle buses along nearby Lake Tahoe Boulevard.
• A bike path is just outside the front door. Easy access to amazing trails and beaches along the shores of South Lake Tahoe. Plentiful mountain and street biking in the area.
• Great skiing and snow parks are a short drive at Kirkwood, Sierra-at-Tahoe and Echo Summit.

As a courtesy to our guests, all properties are professionally cleaned after every stay. The cleaning fee for this property is $115 including $15 pet fee per night. Pet fee will not be reflected in the online pricing. Summer peak season rates are $185 per night for June 1st through August 31st. $200 to $250 per night for holidays and special events.
