Park City Promo 22 Redemption Instruction

Step 1 - Select a Property:

Take a look at our  Livingsocial Par City Deal   page, or search participating properties* for availability by entering "Promo22" in the keyword field in our blue search bar above along with your desired dates of stay.

*Note:  Not all Park City properties are participating in this promotion.

Step 2 - Choose Your Travel Dates*:

Click the "Check Availability" button on the property page and then select the first and last nights of your stay on the calendar.  The security deposit is a hold on your credit card that will expire if everything is fine during your stay. Please review the Rental Agreement  and accept it, then click “Book Now."

Step 3 - Complete Your Reservation Online:

Please enter your billing information to cover the cleaning fee and tax that is not included with your voucher. Don't worry, you won't be charged the full amount : Our system automatically charges ONLY  50% of the original rental fees as your initial payment to hold your reservation.

We will adjust your reservation after receiving your voucher, and then we will collect any balance to cover tax and cleaning 60 days prior to the arrival date, or, if your arrival is within 60 days,  24 hours after your reservation. 

Step 4 - Place Voucher Code in "Notes" field:

After you've entered in all of your information, please add your Voucher ID into the "Notes" field. You will receive a confirmation e-mail that your voucher has been recieved a fter  after we process it .

If you want to book immediately, but haven't received your voucher number yet, you can still complete your booking, entering "Waiting for voucher" in the "Notes" field. You will then have 48 hours after booking to respond to the confirmation e-mail you receive with your voucher number .

When does the promo end?

The Park City Promo ends October 31st, 2012. Your stay must be completed by that date. Your last day to book your property will be October 28, 2012

Are dogs allowed?

I'm sorry, but there doesn't seem to be any properties that allow pets.

Can this be used for the holidays?

You won't be able to use it during July 1-4, 2012

How do I pick my dates for the deal?

Click the "Check Availability" button on the property page (any of the participating properties ) and then select the first and last nights of your stay on the calendar.

What are the cleaning fees?

Cleaning fees are $165.

Can I use this voucher for other properties?

Vouchers are only valid for  participating properties .

Wait, what?! Do I get charged the regular price for booking?

Don't worry,  we only charge 50% to hold your reservation . We will adjust your totals when we receive your voucher number.

What if I want to cancel my voucher?

The standard  RedAwning cancellation policy  applies to all reservations. Please be sure about your dates before making your reservation.

What isn't included in the voucher?

Taxes and cleaning fees are not included in your voucher purchase, and will be added in final billing.

What is the total cost with my voucher?

Remember, you already paid for the voucher, so we don't charge that here.

Voucher + Any difference between the Voucher Value and Rental Rate depending on the property and dates you select + Any Cleaning Fees over the Voucher Value + Taxes = Total Consumer Cost
