• Is the rental price in my confirmation email the price I have to pay?
No, the rental price you will be paying is the price of your Livingsocial voucher. Enter your voucher ID in the notes field and we will adjust the fee within 48 hours.
• Does the voucher price include the cleaning fee, taxes, and either damage insurance or the security deposit?
No, these are not included in the voucher price but must be paid for separately.
• What happens if I purchase the voucher, but when I attempt to book my stay there is no availability remaining?
These promotions are popular and we encourage you to book your stay as soon as possible. If you are not able to book your first choice dates, please try other dates or a different participating property. If you are not able to make anything work, please contact Livingsocial about their refund policy.
• How do I get my Summer Tahoe Perks Card?
Go to our shop page to get all of your summer discounts in the local area.
• Should I buy the voucher or book the property first?
Availability is limited for both the vouchers and the participating properties, so we would suggest buying both of them as soon as possible, the order doesn't matter. Early bird gets the worm!
• Is the price listed per person or per property?
The prices listed on Livingsocial and on this page are the total for each property, and not per person.
