This winery started out as a senior project at Cal Poly, with wine made in a plastic tub and stirred with a baseball bat. This winery is small and family owned and operated, but they produce some of the best red wine in the area.  The tasting room is cozy and all of their nine varieties of wine are aged for at least three years, giving them a great flavor and richness that other wines don't have. There is a nice outdoor area with a fishpond to enjoy your wine and on some weekends they have a live band and barbecue.
