Last Minute Stay Program - Perks Member Exclusive

Step 1

This is only for Perks Card holders. If you do not have a Perks card please go to RedAwning Shop to purchase your California Wine Perks Membership Card or Tahoe Perks Winter Membership Card .

Step 2

Click on any of the regions above to see a list of all vacation homes eligible for the $100 Last Minute Stay discount in that region.

Step 3

Click on any property to visit the property page to find out more about the vacation home that you would like to stay in. Your check-in date must be within 2 weeks (14 days) of the date you book your stay. Discount not valid on holidays and ski week.

When you are ready to book, click “ Book Now ” to see availability and select your dates. You will see a breakdown of the rates on this page, but it will not reflect your $100 Last Minute Stay discount.

If you would like to search by availability use the blue search bar on the top of the page and select the area that you would like to stay with the keywords " last-minute-stay" in the keyword field to find applicable vacation rentals. 

Step 4

Once you have selected your dates of travel, click “ Book Now ” to proceed to the payment page.

Step 5

In order to get your $100 Last Minute Stay Discount, please enter your Perks Card ID Code (found on the back of your Perks card) in the “ Notes ” field of the payment page. The $100 off will not be deducted immediately, but we will deduct the $100 from the remaining balance, which will be reflected in your Paid In Full notification.

Please call us if you see that the discount was not applied in your Paid in Full notification.
