Additional Sun Valley Rental Terms

Sun Valley property reservations include a cancellation grace period for a full refund up to 48 hours from time of booking. 

After this initial grace period, no refunds will be offered for cancellations within 60 days of check-in date, unless the property is re-booked.   Any cancellations more than 60 days prior to check-in will only forfeit the 10% reservation deposit.
